Marina Heights is a 200-unit garden style affordable housing project rehabilitated in 2020. The community is in a superior location immediately adjacent to historic Old Town Pittsburg, across from the marina. It provides its residents with convenient access to shopping, dining and entertainment throughout the area. 

Beginning April 2020, Spira implemented a preservation plan that benefits its residents including:

• Upgraded energy-efficient kitchen appliances and cabinetry
• Updated flooring and carpet
• Replaced doors and windows
• Replaced unit cabinetry and countertops
• Conversion to accessibility units
• Enhanced accessibility access in common areas
• Accessibility parking and path of travel repairs
• New cool roof TPO
• Seismic wall upgrades
• Window replacements
