Park Manor is an 81-unit garden style affordable housing project rehabilitated in 2019. The community is transit-friendly and situated in one of the most accessible and centralized locations in the high-cost Bay Area market. In close proximity to the Bay Area Rapid Transportation (“BART”) line, Park Manor provides its residents access to major employment centers in the Bay Area.

Beginning in July 2018, Spira implemented a preservation plan that benefits its residents including:
