Casa Grande & Casa La Paz combine for 142-units of multifamily affordable housing built in 2002 and 2006, respectively. These two adjoining communities cater to residents with large household sizes with unit configurations averaging at least three bedrooms and over 1,050 sq ft. These properties’ residents have easy access to premier schools, parks, recreation, neighborhood amenities, transportation, retail and restaurants.
Following Spira’s Q2 2020 acquisition of Casa Grande & Casa La Paz, Spira completed the following upgrades to the properties:
• New painting of building exteriors
• New roofing components as needed
• Replaster pool and spa
• Concrete repairs and path-of-travel upgrades
• New gate operators and gated-access related repairs
