Holiday Manor is a 252-unit garden style affordable housing project rehabilitated in 2020. The community is located in an Opportunity Zone within the city of Oxnard in Ventura County. The property provides its residents convenient proximity to employment hubs, education, shopping, dining and entertainment throughout the region.

Beginning April 2020, Spira implemented a preservation plan that benefits its residents including:

• New roofing system overlay
