Scheduled to begin in 2022, Spira is intending to implement a preservation plan to benefit the residents of Merritt Place Estates, including:

• New energy-efficient vinyl windows and sliders; swing doors for ADA units
• New kitchen cabinets and countertops
• New bathroom cabinets and countertops
• Concrete ADA accessibility path-of-travel upgrades
• ADA-compliant parking modifications throughout
• New exterior paint for buildings
• New interior paint for kitchen and bathrooms
• New ventilated garage doors
