Orchard Park is a 144-unit garden style affordable housing project rehabilitated in 2020. The community is conveniently located near the I-10 providing easy access to numerous regional cities and employment hubs such as Riverside, Los Angeles, and Palm Springs.

Beginning April 2020, Spira implemented a preservation plan that benefits its residents including:

• New GAF and shingle roofing systems
• Replacement of exterior siding
• Seismic wall upgrades
• Window and sliding glass door replacements
• Accessibility parking and path of travel enhancements
• Accessibility unit improvements and new ADA unit conversions
• New energy-efficient kitchen appliances
• Upgraded kitchen cabinetry and bathroom vanities
• Updated flooring
